I’m a fine art photographer with a Master’s degree in photography and a background in exhibiting work in galleries around Australia. My practice focuses on capturing the poetic qualities of everyday life—street scenes, quiet landscapes, vernacular architecture, and subtle visual rhythms. Whether I’m photographing in Tokyo backstreets or Australian coastal towns, I’m drawn to overlooked details and transient light.

My photography has appeared in exhibitions, artist books, and editorial features. I also license select images as stock for creative, editorial and commercial use.

As Makeshift Ceramics, I make small-batch, hand-thrown stoneware for daily use. Rooted in the Japanese seikatsu kogei ethos, my pottery is guided by form, function, and a quiet kind of beauty. Each piece—whether a teapot, cup, bowl, or serving dish—is made to be held, used, and enjoyed.

Fired in collaboration with wood and gas kilns, my ceramics often feature natural ash textures, dark iron glazes, and organic variations. No two pieces are exactly alike, but all are made with care and intention.

In my working life, I lead digital content and UX projects that sit at the intersection of storytelling, usability, and strategy. I’ve developed content-led redesigns for major organisations, worked with SEO, accessibility, and analytics, and managed the digital side of internal and external events.

With a background spanning editorial, e-commerce, and finance sectors, I bring clarity and structure.
